Looks like there's more to that stain on the wall than we originally thought. After the smell of mildew became stronger and stronger, we decided to investigate. A whole book cabinet was emptied, removed from the wall and ... surprise! a huge black patch of fungal growth was discovered. It goes almost all the way from the floor to the ceiling and already started spreading into the books themselves. A second call to the plumber was placed. Let's see what gives.
