Our neighbors down-hill have the most annoying parrot named Shraga. This bird keeps whistling the Marseillaise, imitating a ringing phone, and other voices I can't identify. Yesterday, as I came closer to the fence, I heard Shraga trying to quiet himself: "Quiet! Quiiiieet!!!"
