(Don't try to load it into your Windows Media Player, because you probably don't have the required codec. You will need the QuickTime Player. Copy the URL above, open the player, press Ctrl-U and paste the URL. Wait until the progress bar loads solid and press "play". The file takes quite a long time to load. Any ideas how to downsize it?)
Update: Forget it! I uploaded the whole thing into Photobucket. Take a look:
