Now this is simply wrong. Vlasova translates "hobby" as "favorite pastime".



I can have a favorite pastime, which is not my hobby. Like, building sand castles with my kid on the beach. This still doesn't make it my hobby.
I can have several hobbies, but only one favorite pastime.
