Have you heard about Tel-Tiv going bankrupt? I am one of the idiots who insured my cellphone with them. Almost three years worth of insurance went down the drain, and now the phone is on the fritz. Bummer. I think I'll just upgrade to a newer model and skip the insurance thing altogether.
