We're jammin'.

This morning I tried to do the usual trick of bypassing the jam to Beit Lead, by going through Haniel. However, someone installed a road block at the entrance and posted a sign that says "authorized vehicles only". I was so pissed off, I wanted to drive through it. Do they have a right to do this? (Haniel is a "moshav"). Is their road considered private property, or is it still a public road?!
