Morning Blues.

If you travel westward, then for some strange reason, the 3-lane Road #5 narrows to just 2 lanes at the Morasha interchange. Then it broadens back to 3 (or even 4 or 5), but that doesn't help the bottleneck effect. Why on earth did they shape the bridge in such a silly fashion?!
