On Vox: Paroles, paroles, paroles...

Once again, I'm amazed at people's stupidity. How on earth did "Aline" become an upbeat wedding song? It clearly says there, among other things -

I drew on the sand
Her sweet face that smiled to me
Then it rained on the beach
In that storm she disappeared

And I yelled, I yelled, "Aline!" for her to come back
And I cried, I cried, oh, I was too sad

... and so on and so forth. Speed it up quite a bit, add a drum machine, some heavy basses, and presto - a disco hit. Perfect for weddings.
