We are entering the Dan Nature Reserve, and proudly presenting our Matmon (annual pass) card. The park ranger looks at the card and gives us a suspicious look.
Ranger: The Dorfman family?
Me: Yes.
Ranger: What is your ID number? (it's printed on the card)
Me and the Missus: (starting to recite the number)
Ranger: Okay, okay, I get it.
Me: Why, many visitors use other people's cards?
Ranger: No, they simply get confused sometimes. For instance, they don't know it's not okay to borrow their neighbor's pass. It's very confusing you know.
