Ynet is more conservative, and goes for the same figure in billions (heb, eng). In any case, this is gonna be the longest road tunnel in the world, measuring 48km, and surpassing Lærdal tunnel in Norway, which currently holds the world record at a mere 24.5km. I guess that election time in Israel is when all kinds of weird inventions come around. Way to go Barak. I thought you still had a little bit of common sense left.
