I wonder what a foreigner would think after receiving a warning like we got last week at Ben Gurion Airport. ... During the next few hours such an exercise will take place, in the course of which the sounds of weapons fire and explosions will be heard. Please continue all you normal activities and follow the instructions of the security personnel in the area. What behavior would be considered "normal" when explosions and gunfire are suddenly heard around you? Hiding under the table? Soiling your pants? Charging the source of gunfire to protect the innocent with your body? Lucky for us, we didn't have to find out.
