Overheard it on the news: some Libyan opposition dude talking about the "overthrown president". He used the term الرَّئِيس الْمَخْلُوع (ar-raees al-makhlua3). At first I thought he was talking about the "jackass president", but then I found it had a double meaning. Arabic, definitely the best language for cursing!
