A parallel universe.

Just found out about this unbelievable support that Postcrossing has in the small country of Latvia. Their recent Postcrossing meetup was sponsored by the Latvian Post. They served refreshments (on the house), and gave away free postcards, that could be mailed from the meetup at no charge. The postcards were stamped using a special "We enjoy Postcrossing" postmark that was issued for the occasion. And to top it all - the Minister of Communications of Latvia was present at the event, joined Postcrossing, and sent his first card. I am speechless.
