No more war, no more bloodshed.

After the sanitation inspector caught me red-handed leaving my cutting in the street, I decided to fight back. I sent a fax to the Local Council's supervision manager, asking him to revoke the fine. I said I had no way of knowing the proper procedure, and I am a new resident in Kfar Yona, and I promise to be a good boy from now on. Low and behold - they yielded to my appeal!
