In honor of our National Anthem.

Remember the time when I got annoyed with our national anthem being used in a tasteless commercial? I actually did complain with the authorities, just for the heck of it. I got the radio stations mixed up, but that's not important. The curious part is, that yesterday I received a formal response. Here it is, translated to English (legalese) to the best of my ability.
