On Vox: Surprise in the mail.

After a long period of rumors about changes in postal prices, the new rates were finally published today. Guess what? Instead of raising the prices for overseas deliveries, they actually lowered them, for the first time in history, if I'm not mistaken. Now instead of paying 3.80 NIS for ground delivery of my cards, I will only have to spend 3.50. Looks insignificant for a single card, but when you send 40 cards a month, that gets up to 12 NIS. Not bad at all.
