Following
stas's recommendation I took the whole family to GanGuru yesterday. What a nice place indeed! You can actually roam with the kangaroos, pet them, look them in the eye, and wonder what makes these weird beasts tick.
The safety precautions posted at the entrance make the mystery even more profound than I anticipated. Did you know that -
Bottom line - very nice place to go with the kids!
(there are many other Aussi-style attractions as well).
I've got a 1.8 y/o kid named Yahel.

The safety precautions posted at the entrance make the mystery even more profound than I anticipated. Did you know that -
- Kangaroos may not be petted on their head or their front legs
- Kangaroos may not be approached from their front (?)
- Only the kangaroos may jump around in the park
Bottom line - very nice place to go with the kids!

Things that make me happy:
- He has a vivid imagination and can give make-believe drinks to his dolls
- He can drink real water from a cup
- He likes Winnie the Pooh
- He recognizes the picture of Winnie on the socks daddy's wearing
